The friLeadership programme's foundations are based on three distinct modules:
• Entrepreneurship : Promotes innovation and business skills through a "Shark Tank" themed pitch competition and a Storytelling module.
• Team Building : Fosters collaboration and self-expression with a Talent Show and participant-driven Unconference discussions.
• Leadership : Combines physical and mental challenges in a Mountain Expedition, and Survival Skills to develop resilience, vision, and adaptability and Feedback Game

The price includes: 15 hours of leadership sessions (in English), in small groups, full-board accommodation, afternoon and evening activities, half-day and full-day excursions, registration fees, and airport transfer from/to Zurich Airport.
Shared accommodation at CHF2600 - other accommodation options available upon request. Payment to be made in Swiss Francs. 
Minimum English language level required: B1 - intermediate. Suitable for Native English speakers.
